CONKER ® R3316 (Cetyl peg/ppg-10/1 dimethicone) is a silicone modified emulsifier. It is a co-modified silicone oil containing polyoxyethylene groups spread of pigment, alkyl branched groups and silicone branched groups in the molecule. Cetyl peg/ppg-10/1 dimethicone is a W/O or W/(Si+O)-type emulsifier with high formulation flexibility and can be cold or hot formulated.
Cetyl peg/ppg-10/1 dimethicone has strong emulsifier power, good stability, excellent compatibility with silicone oil, organic oil and ester oils, and is suitable for BB cream, foundation, water cream and other personal care of materials.
